Pastoral Occupational Development (POD) Teams

 

These teams would consist of 4 or 5 pastors who meet together once a month for peer learning, fellowship & encouragement, accountability, and cooperation. Please watch the video below that explains the concept.

 

We would like to invite you to sign-up to be apart of a POD of pastors in your geographical area. The registration form is available by clicking on the Registration Button above. The teams will start meeting in January of 2020. 

 

This idea is not meant to be just another “program” of the association. Rather, these are discipleship groups that will help focus on your spiritual health as you seek to pastor your church into greater spiritual health. Moving forward,we will expand these teams to other staff positions within our churches, so that the benefits of peer discipleship will not be limited to the lead pastor role.
