Dr. Jason Loudermilk
Association Mission Strategist
Jason has served as WMBA Mission Strategist since February 2017. He previously pastored New Canaan Baptist Church in Dallas, Georgia for six years. He has also served churches in Cedartown, GA and Hanover, IN. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Georgia Tech, a Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Southern Seminary. Jason is married to Courtney, and they have four children, Emma, Grant, Norah & Sallie.
Cathy Whitten
Financial & Ministry Assistant
Cathy serves as the Financial Secretary and Ministry Assistant for the Association. Cathy’s husband Randal is the Senior Pastor of Mt. Harmony Baptist Church, one of the churches in the West Metro Association. The Whitten's have enjoyed serving the Lord in several different locations: North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, and now in Georgia. The Whitten’s have two grown sons.

Matthew Munlin
Biblical Counseling Director
Matthew has served as our Director of Biblical Counseling since October 2024. He is currently a Ph.D. student and an Adjunct Instructor in the Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary biblical counseling program. Prior to joining the West Metro team, he worked as a Research Assistant for the Center for Biblical Counseling at Midwestern and its director, Dr. Dale Johnson. He graduated with an MDiv and MABC from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also received his bachelor's from Mississippi State in Philosophy with an emphasis on Religion. He is married to Caroline, and they have a two-year-old son and a daughter with the Lord. They are expecting a son in January 2025.

Technology Director
Tara has served as the Technology Director here at the association since August 2024. Tara graduated from Georgia College and State University in May 2023 with a degree in Mass Communication with a focus in Digital Media. Tara also currently serves as a Campus Missionary at the Georgia Tech Baptist Collegiate Ministry.
